Quit weed, one craving at a time.
Days clean, money back, and one thing to do the moment a craving hits.
- Gaetan's thirty session program, built in
- Free to start, and free is not a demo
- No account, nothing leaves your phone

When it hits
Three minutes, one thing to do.
Tap the button. It asks how strong the craving is and what set it off, gives you one thing to do, and asks how it went afterwards.
Often that one thing is breathing: in for four, hold for four, out for six, on a timer that runs for ninety seconds. You do not have to decide anything while you are in it. The app decides, you follow.
Every craving you log teaches it which of your triggers is the hard one, so the next answer is less generic than the last.

What you get back
Watch your lungs and brain clear.
Both are drawn as they recover, changing week by week. Beside them sits a score built from what you actually logged, not from a generic timeline.
Alongside them, two numbers that are yours: the days since the date you set, and the money you have not spent since.

What is coming
Every stage has a name.
Unfog tells you what tends to happen and when, so the bad weeks are expected instead of alarming. It hedges on purpose. Bodies differ, and an app that promises you a timetable is lying to you.
- Day 1Zero Hour. Cravings and irritability peak. Sleep may be disrupted. The hardest part starts now, and it passes.
- Day 3The Churn. Vivid dreams return as REM sleep rebounds. Appetite often dips. Anxiety can spike, then ease.
- Week 1The Turn. Mood often begins to stabilise, and for many people the worst of withdrawal is behind them.
- Week 2First Light. Sleep tends to normalise and mental fog can start to lift.
- Month 1Clear Head. Clarity, focus and motivation are often noticeably improved by now.
- Month 3Sharp. Cognition and short-term memory keep sharpening. Many people notice a clearer head than they have had in years.
- Month 6Easy Water. Dopamine sensitivity has largely recovered for most people. Cravings, when they come, are easier to ride out.
- 1 YearHome. Being clear is your normal now. This is who you are.
Gaetan's program
Ninety Days Out.
Thirty sessions in his own words, one to five minutes each, in the order he teaches them. They unlock on a schedule rather than all at once, because the session about month three is no use to you on day two.
They are not lectures. Most ask you to write one thing down.

A few of them
Written for the moments that actually break people.
- Where you actually are
- What this is actually costing
- Your three triggers
- Saying no without a speech
- What to do at 2am
- Stress is the one that gets most people
- Hungry, angry, lonely, tired
- Nothing feels different any more
- The party, the wedding, the holiday
- A slip is not a relapse
- What going back would look like
- Who you are now

Before you ask
The honest answers.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. An email address and a password, or your Google account. That is what keeps your history when you change phone, and what a purchase belongs to. We never ask for a card: Google Play handles that.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Unfog is a self-help tracker, not a treatment program and not a substitute for a doctor. The recovery stages describe what commonly happens, hedged, because bodies differ.
- Do I need a connection?
- Yes. The counter, the craving tool and the sessions are on your phone, not on a server.
- What if I slip?
- You log it and carry on. There is a session called "A slip is not a relapse" for exactly that. The craving log records what you used as readily as what you resisted. A tracker that only accepts good news is useless by week two.
- Is it on iPhone?
- Not yet. Android first.
- Can I delete everything?
- Yes, from inside the app, or at unfog.net/delete-account. Uninstalling removes what is on the phone.
